Been awhile since the last visit.

Had an event in May, that without the intervention of our old therapist and wife, would have resulted in involuntary commitment. Ever since, a very significant alter has gone silent, and it has been unnerving and difficult without them. I don’t understand.

Event in question was life threatening.

Thoughts, advice?
