I’ve had this top cutting in water for a few months and it’s grown quite a few roots from its bottom and top aerial roots and the roots are coming from all parts of the stem and now I’m unsure of how I should pot/plant her up now. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I was also debating on selling as I already have a quite large albo monstera, I was offered $100 is that a good price? Should I ask more?
