Advice? To buff or not to?

Edit/update: thanks yall! Went with the buff!!!

My floor guy just finished the first topcoat of Loba 2K satin finish (easy prime underneath) he is recommending not to buff as he says it makes it smooth however it will make the final topcoat thinner and thus have a shorter lifespan for wear and tear. I have a couple hours to decide. Please tell me do I buff or no buff? The floors are looking amazing so far.

Floor refinish prep

Hey, you guys I just have a quick question. I have someone coming in to finish my floors and I’m just wondering do I remove the baseboards or do I leave that for the contractor? I just wanna make sure I’ve done everything to prepare the space for them and usually I’mma do it yourself kind of girl so I haven’t really had experience working with contractors. Thanks in advance.

Bubbles?

Hey there, looking for trade secret tips not sure what these bubbles are what caused them. I believe it was premade mix that was put on my walls, but they’re everywhere… how do I get rid of them or repair them? What do I need to do? It was the big yellow bucket from Rona I’m not sure what type of premade mix that is. These are plaster walls.

general contractor question

Edit: thanks all appreciate the information and will use accordingly- hopefully her and I can reach a resolution where we are both happy.

Op: quick question for you contractors if i paid to have repair my plaster walls (just very minor touch ups) and then prime and paint.. should that take 10+ hours over 5 days and should there be mud all over the front of my freshly painted trim? and i mean globs of it all over.. also.. isn't it standard practice to sand and clean up all the dust before priming... my painter primed with ceiling paint while mudding and sanding upstairs then vaccumed while the primer was drying.. .also left huge gaping holes not mudded at all and just straight painte ceiling paint over them. Edit: she is chargeing me $50/hour... also noticed she got ceiling paint on my freshlky painted ceiling and also all over my carpet which she's trying to claim was already there. She didn't bring a single drop cloth, she didn't tape anything off (which is fine if you've got a great control on cutting in, however...)
