Hey guys, I need help finding a REALLY REALLY old game I remember playing.
Ig this was a few years back, quite a few tbh, and I think I was on either a Win XP or a Win 7 when I played it. It was this really old game which I dont think I completed much of. It was named something around tanks, like Tank or something, may be true may not be so. About gameplay, I recall it had like a cutscene at the start of a really old man and either a therapist or a friend that's visiting him. They talk a bit and the old man seems upset or something and then he's handed a vr headset sorta thing (this was an old game so everything on the scene is retro and the headset seemed to be blocky and stuff, like a rectangular headset with offwhite colors) and then we jump into the game which had very weird art tbh. It was mostly like lines and colors fill in the shapes in the shades of mostly red and blue but you could make everything out in 3d, like it was 3d but it looked as if it's a super retro game and made in a 2d way but everything was 3d and you could see it all so too. We first move around, meet a few guards, then get in a tank, get in formation (it all feels sorta futuristic cuz later there's like big energy towers and stuff, but the artwork makes it feel so too) and then while in formation we cross a sort of mountain or something and get ambushed and stuff. And I never get past that one.
It's like one of those games I have a VERY VAGUE memory of, but I would like to find it and play it and like know what it was properly for once.
