Help a grade 12 student to pick a good campus?

Hi, I will be an incoming college student this 2027, from Marilao Bulacan. I was just having a hard time choosing between some universities I've picked.
The course I wish to pursue is Multimedia Arts (or just fine arts, but MMA to be exact) Are there any other state universities that offer this course in Bulacan or in metro manila? Private or Public will do.
(For context, I've already taken the UPCAT and am planning on taking the admission Test for PUP-main, and BulSu.)
