Have this from family photos with grandpa Roy standing beside it. Note on back says March, 1939.

G90 Northern California-Hung us out to dry

We enthusiastically purchased a beautiful G90 in late 2025 from Genesis of Rocklin with all the promises usually included in this type of purchase. The best part for us as business owners was the concierge service offered as part of the purchase. We used it once for a recall and again for routine maintenance. Wonderful.

Then the Rocklin dealership evaporated. Gone. Phone number disconnected. Uh oh. Now it's time for routine maintenance again and none of the northern California dealers near us will travel to Davis to perform as promised... just a bit too far, they say.

I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with Genesis corporate and they said "too bad" just take the car to Jiffy Lube and we'll reimburse you. Yikes. When did Jiffy Lube become Genesis servicers?

So I've got this orphan land yacht with nowhere to get legitimate service. Hyundai won't touch 'em. They don't do Genesis service and don't even want to. It's the most I've spent on a non-German or Italian car and been given the Bum's Rush. Yes, it's been reliable and hasn't required much. But even my Porshce(s) and others would need more attention, but there was always someone at the other end to say "we got your back."
