Need help identifying the model and year of this car.

I'm fairly sure it's an '00s chevy but don't know the details. Thanks!

What car is this?

I want to gift one of my friends a custom model of his dream car. I was able to get this picture and he said it’s a BMW M? But I want to make sure I can get better and more pictures of the full car to provide to the seller who makes the models. I don’t know anything about cars 😭 any help is appreciated. I was able to find something similar online but I have no idea how to make it look exactly like what he wants because I don’t know the name of things to search. The pic with the black wheels is the closet to what I could find :(

Magazine Cover

Found this on the cover of a local magazine, so I'm not sure if it's even a real car. But, it looks cool, so I'm hoping it's not AI.

1939 unknown car

Have this from family photos with grandpa Roy standing beside it. Note on back says March, 1939.

What car is this?

Saw on the back of a hotshot hauler

Edit #1: After more googling, I'm thinking it is a custom design from Mike Vetter called the "Moonraker"
