Weight loss / Inflammation

Hi all, just had a couple of questions for people who have had more experience with quitting. I've had lower back pain for several years now, at first I thought this was due to long hours of sitting in front of a screen ( I work from home as a game dev,) but after recently quitting coffee over the last couple of weeks, the pain is close to gone. I've read other accounts of people's inflammation going away completely when quitting caffeine, is this fairly normal?

Also curious to know, has anyone here experienced weight loss when quitting caffeine? I exercise and have trained a fair bit but always had trouble dropping visceral body fat and wondered if caffeine could be playing a part, I.e. Elevated cortisol, negatively effecting sleep, does this encourage the body to hold onto fat? Would be great to hear your thoughts and own experiences, thanks in advance

Hoping this game does great, been having a blast. There's been numerous comments on performance issues but for me I've had very little fps drops if any and the game is stunning. I do wish there was more content that encouraged you to group up as right now it feels more like an online single player game with others, but it's fun nonetheless. I used to blast WoW M+ but have been finding I'm playing this a lot more! Art style, combat, gathering and crafting feels great. Would be nice to have a minimap perhaps?

Not much else to say at the moment, hoping this does very well.

This might be more a post for Trustpilot, but wanted to drop in and say my experience with Zen has been awesome so far. Recently moved, installation went well and no drops whatsoever. Was previously on Plusnet and it was 'ok', but am on the 900 mb package with Zen and feels super fast.

I've heard of some people using their own custom routers, is this worth considering? I'm a game dev working from home so am fairly tech savvy, but the in-depth broadband/network lingo that some people have used on here goes way over my head. The network speed already feels like overkill, so maybe it's a case of if it's not broken, don't fix it. Appreciate any feedback, thanks all
