Hello everyone, looking for some help identifying this old lathe. Is it worth taking a shot, and what’s a decent price?

Need some help identifying this scope mounting system. This is an old Parker and Hale safari deluxe, slick qd system from a bygone era. Haven’t seen many like this and curious if anyone has experience with these. It’s a Pecar Berlin scope.

Have a spare push feed that needs some inspiration. .384 boltface, I’m thinking 7mm tcu
