Am I spoiling my players?

I’m just getting everything together for my players ready for the start of our in person campaign and to that end I’m getting together a “players kit” for player as they have never played before.

Each kit contains:

A hard copy of the Core Rulebook Update 2022
Several A4 Character Sheets
Hard copies of house rules
Notebook
Pencils and eraser
Dice for those who need them

I’ve also said that I’ll provide tea, coffee, and water during the game.

My wife thinks I’m spoiling my group by providing this as the only thing I’ve asked for them to provide is the snacks. What do you think am I spoiling them or am I just being a good ref / host?

Almost ready to begin

Well I’m almost ready to run my first Traveller campaign since the 1980’s. I’ve been incredibly lucky in that I found 4 players who are local to me as I prefer in person games.

For the actual campaign I’ve settled on the Spinward Marches, more specifically the Bowman Arm / District 268 with the group starting on Flammarion. I’ve decided that the first two adventures will be High and Dry and then Safari World and after that I’ll see what the players want to do, but I have several hooks and incidents I can drop in from time to time.

If anyone has any thoughts I’d be grateful to hear them.
