I took Nardil for about 3 months with the highest I ever got up to was 45mg for maybe 2-3 days. Now I am down to 7.5mg in the am. I was given by my psychiatrist Lamictal 25mg to take during the washout period. He said to take Nardil and Lamictal together for 4 days and stop the nardil completely until my washout period is over. Any thoughts or suggestions would help!

Just curious how others were able to overcome their panic attacks and what meds helped them
