GJ recovery tips
I had my GJ placed this morning. I’m staying at least overnight. Sore, NPO until tomorrow and restless. What are your best recovery tips?

After 10 years of gastroparesis and 4 months of worsening symptoms, I am having a GJ tube placed on next Tuesday. It’s sounding like I will be admitted after having it placed. But I have not spoken to IR. My GI called with a date and a time and that’s it so far. What should I expect? Do all adults end up with the dangler or can I request a button?
Thanks!
