I bought an item with a warranty. I attempted to use the item months later to discover it did work. The warranty does not cover this item - claims it is DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I am not sure what kind of click bait operation they are TRYING to run, that will not work for the kid!! Not on a $700 purchase.

I will never buy another plan from them EVER!! I hung up on that agent. Pound salt with that scam attempt!!!!
