Im new to archery and have been sighting in my Martin Switchback LD. I’m using a trophy ridge release that straps to my wrist.

My question is. Does any one else experience pain on their hand from the release pulling at your wrist?

I’ve shot about 150 arrows through it and the pinky side of my draw hand is killing me.
