Can Someone Get AIR/Rank in CA Foundation in Their 2nd Attempt?

I had a doubt regarding CA Foundation ranks.

If someone clears CA Foundation in their 2nd attempt with very high marks, are they still eligible for AIR/rank? Or are ranks only given to first-attempt students?

I searched online but got mixed answers, so wanted clarification from people who actually know the ICAI rules or have seen real cases.

My bcom sem 1 cu paper clashed with qa paper which is on 18 may , I am feeling that if I appear in all exam of ca foundation - I'll pass

But I am totally dependent on scholarship which is by lic jubliee based on my bccom

So either i should go for a foundation paper or bcom paper and go for a sep attempt?
