Gaetano Pesce’s Broadway chair is my grail chair. There is one near me that appears to have been modified - added a bar towards the bottom (can see the weld in the back center) and the springs are removed :( while I know this completely obliterates the value and will not fully satisfy my lust, I still want it. I’ve bought other chairs from this guy and he knows what they are but is reluctant to accept that fact about it. Am I an absolute baby brain for wanting it? I don’t want to break the no price talk rule but… Regardless- goddamn the broadway chair hits me in my brain hole hard.
