US citizen parent child automatically becomes US citizen?

We are waiting on I 130 approval. My husband is a US citizen. I am in India. As the waiting time of I 130 is so long.

If a child is born in India while i130 is in process for spouse, will the child be a US citizen? Or child’s wait time will be as long as say 17-20 months?

Spouse Hasn’t Visited Since Submission. Isn’t It Alarming?

My husband is a US citizen. I am an Indian citizen. We got married in December 2024. And submitted I 130 form online in March 2025.

We got married in India. He went back to USA after a month. It’s 15+ months after submission and we haven’t met (though we are in daily conversations via WhatsApp video calls).

He can’t visit because he is right now working to build financial safety once we start our lives together in USA.

We haven’t met for more than a year, is this a matter of concern? Has anyone who got approval and weren’t able to meet during entire waiting time?

Filed I 130 in March 2025

My husband is a US Citizen. I am in India. We got IOE number in March 2025 when submitted the I 130 form online. After that email of receipt notice in March 2025, we have received no other email or update from USCIS.

At the left end of our receipt notice it shows Nebraska centre. Except keep waiting, is there anything that is required on our part or anything we can do to get to know about any movement of our file?

My husband is busy working in USA so as to save for our future once I reach America and we start our life together finally. He hasn’t visited me in this time frame. Can this be an issue? (We got married in December 2024 in India)

Any suggestion or guidance would be really helpful.
