Looking for some advice. I underwent IVF in April and was put on a flare antagonist protocol as I have a AMH level of 7.6pmol. I started the stims injections and after 5 days I went for my first scan. The nurse advised me that I had 3 follicles over 13mm and one that was really large at 20mm. She thought that they would either ask me to stop my stims tonight and take my trigger for egg collect in 48hrs or to hold off another few days and allow my other follicles to grow. However, I got a phone call that evening to advise me to take my trigger injection. We went to egg collection and afterwards found out I only got 4 eggs. I was devastated. On my baseline scan I had 12 follicles shown between my two ovaries. During my stims scan they advised me they could see 20 follicles, although some small.
Out of our 4 eggs we only had 2 mature eggs. We then only ended up with 1 fertilised egg through ICSI. We were to have a fresh transfer on day 5 and when went to the clinic they advised us that our egg hasn’t quite made it to a full blast therefore it was a grade E. They allowed us to transfer it and we ended up pregnant however I ended up having a miscarriage at 6 weeks pregnant.
The clinic have asked if we would like to have a debrief after this. I just after speaking to some people they have felt that I haven’t had the best outcomes and maybe my egg collection was done too early? Looking for some advice on what to do as we spent over 10k to do this and have ended up with no other eggs to transfer and now can’t afford to do another private IVF cycle.

Hello, recently underwent IVF treatment and from that we only ended up with one embryo that didn’t make it to full blastocyst stage. To our surprised we were pregnant from this transfer. I had strong testing lines however I started to have brown spotting at first since prior to my test day. This was kind of off/on since before my test day was.
The spotting got worse after 13 days past 5 day transfer. I started having some fresh blood spotting but not that much at first. I contacted my clinic and had my HCG blood taken which was at 851. My clinic advised me that this was a good reading for where my pregnancy was at the time. However, two days after this I had a bigger fresh blood bleed with cramps that lasted a few hours. I had my HCG tested again the following day which shown a rise but still wasn’t where it was meant to be- 1234. I have had brown spotting since this bleeding but not anymore fresh blood. I had my HCG repeated again for a third time which shown again another slow rise to 1567. My clinic advised me to go to early pregnancy unit. I went today and had an internal scan. I do have a gestational sac however which is smaller than it should be as I am 6 weeks pregnant today meant to be. However, the could not seek a yolk sac but thought they could maybe see a fetal poll but unsure as this was measuring very small. I had my HCG taken again today and it’s raised again to 1824. They also told me that I have a haematoma on my scan. They asked me to come back in a week today for another scan and blood test.
Has this happened to anyone? Or anyone got any advice to give me?? Or even any success stories? I think I’m clutching at straws but it’s my only embryo so it’s so unfortunate!
