Hello everyone. 2025 cs graduate here.

I have been searching for jobs and applying like crazy everywhere. I ended up getting into a few interviews but almost every one said no before the final interview or giving 5k in cities like banglore, Pune. When I ask the reason they say we can't share in detail about your interview performance or we just hired before your final interview. But when I look at some of my friends.

Let's say the friend's name is Alex.

Alex never studied anything related to computer science or anything. He doesn't know how to do linear search in years and even better he doesn't know how to write for loop. End up getting a good job in a company. Cleared aptitude/Technical with interview and the most bizzare thing is the interviewer didn't even ask him a Single technical question.

And another guy who's my senior. Who is the same as the guy above , didn't know how to swap two variables without using the third one. Messed up english and ended up getting a good job in gurgaon and it's been 4 years.

So my question is

Is the job market really that bad or my luck is very very bad.

And I think people/hr don't waana reffer you because they want to hire their relatives and close friends.

Now , I am ready to pay 30-40k for a succesful job. Bohat ho gaya hai yar 😭

Long story short context

I was watching a reel by a girl ( I don't wanna name her) she's from Himachal but lives in chandigarh. When someone asks her "Are you from Himachal" and then she says " Yes I am from Himachal" and I found a very problematic statement that when she said " Hamare yaha ni chalti hai tinjo minjo. Hame ni aati hai tinjo minjo" after a sarcastic laugh,which is maybe I feel a very indirect attack on the kangri language. Maybe I am wrong that's why I just swiped up the reel but wanted to have other people's opinions. If you don't love or respect the other people's language at least don't disrespect them online. Idk what this obsession is with us people when we move to metropolitan cities we just hate our local people and end up making reels on how they love mountains.

Can we We have a full fledged video from your side of this fifa event Card distribution algorithm. How the algorithm works and why people with less duels get cards(mostly) and people with 500+ and 600 don't.

Please don't change the algorithm after the event ends because everyone experienced the Algorithm.

We are really tired now of this game. 33 winners and all of them are new accounts and after the mass complaints, you start adding a few players. Do you think we will not notice this.

You never mentioned prior that only 100 jerseys are there for giveaway and 33 are gone and only 9 days left for the event.67 merch's are left. More than 50.

Idk who designed the algorithm really needs to revisit cs fundamentals. Rather than lucky draw, it's must be first come first serve like a queue in data structures.

Every other guy played more than 300+ duels and some player's even 400 duels and still not getting. Really how this algorithm works and one of yours employee postings that only 100+ streak people are crying not 200+ one because they are loyal. Bro with full due respect, is it some type of criteria that only 200+ guys can complaint and not below that and all player's are complaining about this. New players getting all cards and legacy players still missing one card.

Either its first come first serve or atleast give priority to the old players. I am not saying give it to me but the people having 300+ duels and with streak over 150+ . Atleast they need a better chance to win.

Okay, so I've hit a 120+ streak, and you know how on day 100, we got that sero cake option? Well, I'm a bit worried. The same vendor who made the 50-day matiks shirt, which took over a month to actually get here, is making the cake? So, I'm wondering if they're actually going to deliver this cake, and if they follow the same kind of delivery times, won't the cake just go bad during transit?
