Tenant/Hummingbird: is there a way to track who needs to send in or update their homeowners/renters policy?

This is my biggest fail as a manager. Tenants that decline insurance, sign the insurance denial, then do not send in their policy fall through. When I get busy I don’t do a great job of tracking down who needs to send it in, and I haven’t found a way in Hummingbird to track this.

Managers - when do I take action?

I had someone move in yesterday. They needed more room, so they moved stuff into a second unit they did not lease. They then reserved it. This morning I found the second unit full of their items. I called them to complete the lease, but the payment was declined. She was supposed to call me with another payment method, but has not. I contacted her again and told her I need payment or I would need to take action. Other than overlocking the unit, is there anything else I should do at this point? I have never had this situation before.

I’m looking for something to get me going in the right direction. I have been doing amazing the last two years on thyroid meds with T4 and TRT injections. I haven’t had to adjust a thing. In March, my doctor gave me 100mg P capsules to cycle for 14 days, because I complained about stronger emotions during PMS. No other complaints. I have hated P! Month one I couldn’t sleep, I felt so sad and I was so tired. I decided to give it a shot for a second month and it’s the same, except now my teeth hurt, my joints hurt, and I’m sad and I can’t sleep! I had bloodwork last week and my T is the lowest it’s been since starting injections two years ago.

What direction should I be looking? Does P affect T? Unrelated? I’m so sad bc I’m going backwards 😭
