Need guidance for kickstarting career

Hello all!!!

I am 2025 graduate who's currently working in construction industry. I was a part of my college's aeronautical team, did my internship at ISRO and a project based on jet engines. Getting into aerospace has always been my ambition, but due to certain constraints, I had to get in here. Now, I wanna switch to aerospace industry in propulsion/CFD domain (not strictly sticking to this but this is what I prefer). Since my prior experience is entirely different, how can I kickstart my career?

I have been hunting jobs since a while, but all of them are asking for atleast 2 years experience. So how am I supposed to go forward?

Apart from applying through company's career portals, LinkedIn and other job hunting sites, how can I apply? I know that connecting with industry experts will help, but what are the other methods?

Also, I would like to do some personal projects in CFD/propulsion. Any suggestions for the same will be really appreciated.

I have a lot of questions in my mind but I will stop this here for now. Would like to talk to someone who can help me get through this.

Thanks!
