Beyond 1.21.1?

I would love to get past the wall of 1.21.1 for Cobblemon. I'm hoping the Sift coming to vanilla will be the push that the modding community needs so that popular mods will update beyond the drop system updates.

Is there any discussion/confirmation on the future of Cobblemon regarding Minecraft versions?

"Tessy, feel my (poli)WRATH!" [Expert]

Finally beat Gym 7: Tessy on Expert!

Pokémon Unbound has really made me appreciate how deep and complex the battling system is in Pokémon. Plus, with the gimmicks and limitations, it really makes it a fun challenge. I love this game!

Anyways, I was really struggling with the Dragon Dancing Mega Gyarados and the Camomons gimmick, but came up with some useful mons for this fight.

  • Ribombee: Set up Sticky Web and Stun Spore on the Toxapex lead
  • Poliwrath (HA: Swift Swim): Camomons typing Fighting (STAB damage) + Poison (Toxic Spikes resist). Low damage output from the Toxapex allows to set up +6 Atk with Belly Drum. Then the necessary speed drop with Sticky Web allows our Swift Swimmer to outspeed her entire team. Belly Drum + Drain Punch (Item: Black Belt) = sweep.
  • Mega Mawile: Camomons typing Steel (Toxic Spikes resist) + Dark (STAB damage). Setting up +2/+4 with Swords Dance then Sucker Punch almost sweeps her whole team.
  • Aggron (Ability: Sturdy): Camomons typing Steel (Toxic Spikes resist) + Fighting (STAB damage). Sturdy + Metal Burst/Reversal (Item: Lagging Tail) in case Mega Gyarados sets up with Dragon Dances. *NOTE*: You have to delay Aron evolution until 55 to get Metal Burst before this gym.

I was not expecting Poliwrath to just sweep, but he was the real MVP! Everyone else was just there as backup, I guess...
