Does this look like alpha gal or am I just straight up dying.

Getting blood test done tmr, got bit by lonestar 3 1/2 months ago. Been to ER twice since 13AUG I have epi pen. I switched diets.. Benadryl is becoming less effective, how long can this last since last meal of mammal products 14AUG. Every time I fall asleep wake up to a full body covered and lips hands and feet swollen. Taking Benadryl like clockwork and I’m starting to get worried.
