I am currently over Goodwill and all other thrift stores in my area, so I mainly stick to the local online estate auctions. Maybe it’s because I live in a small Midwest town, but I find the best deals on online estate auctions in my area. These beauties already have a special place in my house!

Picked up this adorable chair from an estate auction today and need help with identification.

I got this Chair from an estate auction today for $37. I’m not looking to resell it or anything. I just want to know more about it. The legs appear old, but I’m not sure if the upholstery is modern. There are no identification marks on it and Google Lens was not a big help. If anybody has any idea of the maker, I would appreciate it! Once I clean it up, it’s going to be an awesome addition to my mid-century office!

Should I put wallpaper on my back wall in the kitchen? If so, how colorful/busy should I go?

I’m really starting to hate the generic Hobby Lobby crap I have on the back wall in my kitchen. Instead of hanging new stuff I was thinking about doing a fun accent wall with wallpaper. Any suggestions or thoughts? I’m leaning towards rich colors and a fun pattern or design. I have never done wallpaper before so it’s new territory for me.

Found these awesome seagull mirrors about 10 years ago in east Texas!

I forgot I even had these until I was going through our guest bedroom closet the other day. I tried to Google Lens them and got very few results. They hung in my daughter’s nursery for years. I believe I paid probably $2.99 each for them. I’m definitely going to find another room in my house to hang them in!
