Hello fellow vegans! I’m visiting Slovenia and I had an amazing vegan version of this cake. Has anyone tried a vegan version that’s tried and true? I found a few recipes online but wanted to get the vegan lowdown and see if anyone has successfully tried to make this before. I had book club coming up and want to make this for my friends. TIA!
