Namaste. I'm an 18 year old from the US and i really want to get close to my culture and hinduism. I see all my chrisitan friends reading the bible and loving their religion, but i unfortunately dont have such a relationship with hindu gods. All my life i've been told to serve prasad to god and ask for what we need and that seems transactional.

My grandpa got me a bhagavad gita but it had a lot of sanskrit shlokas and little english translations which made it difficult for me to understand and was frustrating.

Can anyone please suggest me a bhagavad gita version that is in english and explains the wise words of lord krishna?

Methphen OD 30mg :)

Hey guys, I have collage from 8am and breaks at 9:30 and 12:30. Important classes start at 11am and collage ends at 3:30pm.

I self study at home till 10:30 and this self study time is very important to have focus at..

I am currently on metphen OD 30mg, taken at 11am, but it simply does not last at all till the end of the day and i feel my issues come back around 5-6pm.

Thinking of changing to OD 20mg + IR 10mg, But idk, I never felt any major effects on 20mg and 30mg was my first theraputic dose. I dont wanna get higher on doses tho..

Hey guys, i currently take 20mg Metphen OD, and doc prescribed me 30mg for 10 days after this too.

I have been using the med daily for several weeks now, and it has been very helpful.

For the past 2 days, I tried to take a pill break, i heard it helps with resistance building on the dosage. And ive been suffering with insane headaches, fatigue, brainfog, and i didnt have these issues before starting the med either.

I was wondering if I did smth wrong by taking a pillbreak. AI says i could use the med everyday if i want and that a pillbreak does not work but i trust you guys more than it.

Pls advice on how i should proceed.
