Saddle Chest - Anyone?

Saddle chest is a complex chest wall deformity characterized by symmetrical indentations on each side of the lower chest wall, which are not connected and separated by the normal height of the chest wall.

So uhh after 30+ years I found this buried at the bottom of an article. I can find almost no information on it and no pictures but this is literally me.... Does anyone know what this is? And know of any images for it anywhere? I can't find anything. I've always thought I had some kind of carinatum but my chest protrusion is flat and wide and I have indents below my lower pecs like excavatum.

2 Years Post-Embolization - Pain returned

So I had like the end stage most severe kind of varicocele on the left and got it 'fixed' 2 years ago with an embolization. Prior to embolization I had constant pain in my testicles, my ball got cooked, testosterone, immune system, muscle mass all plummeted, was even losing hair. Bed bound for almost 3 weeks afterwards couldn't walk. I've been pretty good though since the op and have had a lot of my energy return, got back into fitness and put a bit of weight back on, immune system is 100 times better.

As of about a week ago though I've been feeling exactly like I did a couple of years ago. Mainly pain in the testicles but it's also radiating out to my hip. I initially thought perhaps I had torn an abductor running but I realized the hip pain is really localized to pretty much damn spot on the place they told me the coil was fitted. I dunno if I'm being paranoid and this is anything to do with the old varicocele and the coil/glue from 2 years ago. I've not had any check ups on it mainly because GP's don't really have any idea what they are. Been trying to get an appointment either way for a week and when I do get one it could very well be a month wait and then it'll be a referral which'll be another few months properly. And you know the old NHS joke by the time you see someone you're either completely recovered or 3 weeks deceased. So I'm consulting the good people of Reddit. Suspect there's a lot of other post-embolism chaps about.

Edit: Apologies for the disappearing replies. Auto-moderator is censoring and deleting my posts because they don't have 'flair enabled' whatever the hell that even means, I see no option to attach flair to an individual post.

Anyone Braced in their mid-30's or older?

So to clarify yes I know it's supposed to be done when you're considerably younger, preferably when still growing and there's not gonna be much give/flex/malleability after the mid-20's. I know. I get it. Never the less though has anyone done it? Like I'm not an idiot I know it's significantly under optimal and any results would be quite limited but even just a small benefit/mitigation is something I'd be happy with, I don't have super overblown grandiose expectations about it in terms of results at the age of 37 but if I could feasibly get something/anything I'd still be interested. I dunno if going private would mean I could just try it regardless or whether I'd still be disallowed.

Vacuum Bell for chest wall depressions under pecs

So first off. Yes. I know the vacuum bell is a treatment for excavatum. I get it. I don't have excavatum but I also don't really have carinatum either, the protrusion is flat and level but I have gaps/depressions either side under my pecs.

What I'm basically wondering is has anyone used or heard of a vacuum bell being used for anything other than traditional centre of the chest excavatum stuff? I'd possibly need 2 one for each side if I did experiment. I will ask a doctor at some point but it'll likely be a few months before I get an answer and it's not really well known about in the UK.

Kind regards

Pectus Something-Else-Atum

So to be clear I'm incredibly aware of what Pectus Carinatum and Pectus Excavatum look like. My brother has the latter. I've spent almost 4 decades seeing it I know what it looks like. I'm also very familiar with thousands of pictures and videos and meeting real patients (I used to be a HCA) with Carinatum. I do not have either. But I do have something and I've never been able to find any information online or from a doctor. In essence I look like a carinatium that doesn't protrude, my chest is more or less flat but like I don't have any lower sections to my pecs, they're just huge indents under each pec. It kinda looks like having a flat chest but with 2 excavatum depressions below my pec muscles.

So yeah basically wondering if anyone can even visual this or has any idea if it has a name or has seen anything similar before? I kinda gave up looking for answers by about age 20 (I'm 37 now) some doctors said my chest was flat and normal, some said I had carinatum, some said my chest wall was deformed and perfectly normal (I guess apart from the gaping voids right?).

Phone App Only - Hard to emulate on PC?

So to put it simply I honestly hate modern touchscreen devices and barely use my phone beyond occasional calls and checking emails. Whilst I do occasionally message people I know on whatsapp I tend to actually just boot whatsapp open on my desktop if it's not urgent.

Anyway I'd been interested in looking into BumbleBFF for quite a long time and had been putting it off and off but decided to look into it the other week and realized it was only app-based i.e. only on phones which I can't stand. Like I'm not against every now and again on the phone but exclusively nah.

I heard you can emulate it on PC though? Anyone ever done that? How involved is it? There's not much on youtube that seems to really help unless you're quite emulator inclined anyway which I'm not.
