My party is stuck at lvl 10 and none of my fights are granting any EXP. I’m currently in a level 20 area and my town is upgraded to level 3. Still 0 EXP for all fights.
Any ideas???

I am f / late 40s and have been working out almost daily now for the past few years. I mainly swim and cycle. I’ve also now hit my goal weight after a moderate dose of Reta for 3 months.
Looking to increase performance and recovery during cycling. I’ve been doing a lot of mtn biking and that involves a lot of hill climbs. I’m doing pretty well but my legs just aren’t quite as strong as they used to be.
Any suggestions on supplements or peptides to help?
Currently taking:
-creatine 5mg/day
-TMG
-urolithin A
-orange triad multi
-few other misc supplements.
