Schedule adjustment for longer night/later wake time

Hello lovely sleep people. Last week we pulled the trigger and night weaned, my daughter took to it after 2 nights of Dad going in. She is sleeping 8pm to ~5am, with 0-1 wake ups, though she has been putting herself back to sleep better each time! I however am struggling with waking up at 5am and also trying to adjust her nap schedule to fit this new wake time.

Right now she is doing 4/4/4.5 due to family schedule, sometimes a longer first window depending on the day. She is 13mo and right now doing about 2.5 hours of daytime sleep looking something like this:

Wake - 5:00am

Nap 1 - 9:00am-10:15am

Nap 2 - ~2:15pm-3:30pm

Bed - 8pm

She is usually a happy kid the whole wake windows and goes to sleep for both naps and night without a fight. Would cutting off those 15 minutes really help to get an extra hour in the morning? I have to wake her up from her naps regardless so I can definitely try it out. I also understand that while 5am is early, it's not unheard of and I may just have to deal with it until we can get to 1 nap, which went poorly the last time we tried.

2 to 1 nap transition frustrations

My newly turned 1 year old has been pretty average sleep needs, with 2-2.5 hours of naps and 10 hours overnight with 1-2 wake ups still. She has been pushing her first nap later and later, which of course pushes her second nap later. Her current schedule is by the clock, ww 3.5/4ish/4.5:

DWT 6:30am

First nap 10-11/11:15

Second nap 3-4

Bedtime 8:30

She was doing really well with this until about a week ago, when she started crying for 20-ish minutes at each nap start. She does go into her crib awake for naps and bed. My schedule has little wiggle room with my other 2 kids' school drop offs and pick ups so the "best" option is one nap. Most weekends she ends up doing one nap due to the hustle and bustle of life, she is capable of staying awake 5/6-6.5 as long as we aren't driving around the 4 hour mark for the second wake window.

Am I just stuck guessing what days are 2 nap days and what days are 1 nap days until she's a little older? Is there a way to stretch the wake windows without messing up night sleep to keep 2 naps longer that I'm just not seeing?

Schedule help and nap training

Hello helpful people. I need some help with my average to slightly low sleep needs 9mo. Her schedule is somewhat dictated by her older siblings' schedules but I want to start nap training and need to lock in either wake windows or a by the clock schedule.

Right now she's doing 3/3/5 for wake windows and the 2nd nap is slowly needing more wake time now. A rough look at the day is:

DWT: 7:00am

Nap 1: 10am-11am (capped to 1 hour)

Nap 2: 2pm-3/3:15pm depending on when she actually falls asleep

Bed: 8:15pm

My guess is I will need to wake her at 6:30am to shift everything 30 minutes early and allow for a 3/3.5/5 schedule as it is definitely too early to move to a one nap schedule.

The second part to this is she is night time sleep trained but still nursed or rocked for naps and I'll be heading out of town for a short time and Dad will be handling sleep. I want to get her independently sleeping for nap but the fight she puts up is tremendous some days. Should I attempt to slowly rock less and less until she can go straight in the crib? Or should I go cold turkey with crib hour? Is 9mo too young crib hour? My last kid was an absolute nightmare for sleep and I cannot remember what with did with our first.

Any opinions or ideas are greatly appreciated! Thank you

Just needing a schedule and/or reality check. My 8 month old, much like my other two kids, seems relatively low sleep needs. All of a sudden her naps have gone to crap and I'm wondering if more/less wake time between naps will help.

Her current ww are a bit strange as we transitioned to 2 naps pretty early based on her sleep.

DWT - 7am

Nap 1- 9:30-10:30

Nap 2 - 2-3pm

Bed 8pm

She seems to be showing signs of needing more wake time before nap one and nap two but the 5 hours before bed has led to much easier and better nights.

I'm not sure how to give her more wake time without making bedtime way later and moving to 1 nap now seems early but she may be able to do 4.5/5.5 for wake windows if I am keeping her busy and not driving around the 3 hour mark. Any input, anecdotes on early 1 nap transition or later bedtimes would be appreciated.

I have two other kids who still have full bedtime routines so I do have to fit her bedtime in with theirs too
