Below is the email I received from Withings on July 29, 2026. I removed my case number and replaced with x's for security.

Winthings Support here on Reddit also reached out to me after my first post for my case number but has since gone silent. No more replies in chat.

It's now August 14, 2026 and I still have not received my refund, any explanation on what is going on or what happened.

If you buy any product from Withings and want to return it, be aware that you may be stuck without a refund.

In my case, Withings has in their possession both the returned item and my money.

Just wanted to share my experience in case others are having the same or similar issue. Bought a Body Scan 2 that was defective. Worked with Withings support to return the scale. After 30 minutes in live chat they finally sent me an authorization and return label. Sent it back via FedEx. Received email saying my refund was processed. Nine days later still no refund on my credit card. Got on live chat again, provided the representative my return case number. She asked for a copy of the email. Provided a screenshot of the email saying refund was processed. I let her know that my credit card had not received the refund. She said there was nothing she could do. I then had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Just warning to others what I'm experiencing.
