Frozen screen

I was driving my 25 Sierra Denali EV which I’ve only had for a few weeks when the dash went black and froze with 10 mph on the screen and my infotainment screen froze on the Home Screen. I called OnStar and they couldn’t help but said it showed an error on the WiFi. I called the dealer and had an appointment for the next day. After parking it and putting it on the charger everything went back to normal. Anyone else experience this and should I be worried of something else to come?

I’ve been trying everything even with OnStar to no avail. I put an address in my Google Maps on my phone press start but it doesn’t jump into the Google map on my infotainment screen. Is there a way to fix this?
