What is your go to mixing and mastering techniques?
I've seen way too many videos on Instagram reels and Tiktok about producers using obscure techniques and expensive plugins (such as fabfilter plugins) and I'm kind of feeling overwhelmed with everything, and I'm not sure what to do. My tracks don't really sound professional which is why I'm just looking for some points on what mixing and mastering chains you use for your instruments (kick, snare, synth, etc.) and what does your master chain look like? Asking specifically for FL.
