About a less known symptom

Otherwise known as pressure phosphenes, is a symptom where you see a sort if transparent black circle when you force youre eyes to the corners or look up. I was wondering if it was rare, since alot of post about are 1 or 2 years old. And I wanna know if any active person has this, i posted it with a spoiler because it can probably trigger it for some people. Anyways can anybody help me, the more i lole for it the bigger it gets. I see it only in one room of my house and rarely outside but also see it when i look at a specific point and shake my head like to say no. What should i do? is it pressured caused, i put some eye drops and helped but yeah.

We are hypocrites

We live with this shit everyday, non stop and feeling sorry about ourselves doing nothing but sharing experiences and not trying to force devloppement on this fuckass syndrome. Altough disclaimer i have a lot of respect for some of this community that helped a lot with projects and research and i appreciate you all. But we are doing nothing for this shit and society doesnt give a fuck about it, doctors misdiagnose or be idiots about talking about ignoring it, like motherfucker doesnt inow that this shit can lead up to suicide or worse like bryan khoberger. We say we want devloppement research studies etc but i and most of you readinv this arent doing shit about it. Most of us cant just move on with life and live with it. Will there be s cure in the next years? No if we dont take action on shit. And im not saying this to eveybody, like i said there is kind people here that helped alot but i and most of you are waiting for change, for something waiting all day for a cure hoping it will save you, it wont we wont do shit and society wont do shit. Im an hypocrite and so are you for doing nothing, i blame myself not society.

Question about antidepressants users

So im soon having an appointment for my vss, but also for depression and fatigue. I dont think the vss is causing the entity of the depression but certainly a part of it. I just wanted to know if any are good and importantly if youre vss got worse Permanently? If it can get permannant i wont take it, but is it different for mood stabilizers? And should i also trust my doctor on medication since its still a not well known disease?
