So I’ve acquired a fair amount of double kick pedals in my quest of punk/metal drumming. I was wondering if there would be any downside or considerations I’m not thinking of to say running two Dw 5000 master pedals without the slaves or connecting rods on two separate bass drums? Or buying a single pedal to pair with the double version of say speed cobra 910’s, Dw 9000’s or Dw machine direct drive which is what I’m currently trying to get used to.

Picture for attention! Don’t judge the rack I just got it and I’ve just set it up quickly for playability I’ve gotta take a whole day for a big reconfiguration. My love hate relationship with drums.

Edit: this is for my home/static kit! I’m not in any bands yet (somehow) and I’d have a separate condensed setup for live playing… I just like having lots of things to hit 🤓
