So a friend recommended me Carth[[Carth the Lion]] for a new commander / playstyle of deck. Im goldfishing right now, and I just wanted to make sure these things work or not work?

A) The Peregrine Dynamo [[The Peregrine Dynamo]] + Any Planeswalker .

does the dynamo copy any of the loyalty ability, even the emblem ones? Thus bypassing the need to build to 10-cost loyalty counters?

B) Carth [[Carth the Lion]]

When it says +loyalty cost, does it mean for example I use a +2 Loyalty cost, im netting 3 counters? using a -2 Loyalty cost , will cost me only 1 counter?

and for example something that costs -10, do I need the 10, or can I active it with -9 because of Carth.

I have ares and carnage in play [[Ares, God of War]] [[Carnage, Crimson Chaos]] with the reanimated creature from Carnage. 3 are attacking. After combat damage is dealt by the reanimated to the player, it reads it must be sacrificed. Now Ares reads if something dies, its now returned..and with combat damage finalized and still combat step..does the reanimated creature return?
