A credit appeared on friends rent back in march and last week was taken off
There was a credit on my friends rental and and it was just taken off just last week. She doesn’t know why but she’s on section 8 and last year or the previous years. There was someone on her rental lease and she taken that person off the complex taken that person off, but did not she still continue to pay that rent even though her rent was based on her friends income too finally after nearly 10 months they finally took her off and she thought this credit was from that but just last week it was you know she was told she has to pay this money back. She’s on specified income through Social Security and she doesn’t get very much that’s why she is on hot. Is there anything she can do about this because she thought this was a credit from the overcharge from HUD because she did everything possible to get that her rent down from taking that person off her lease she did everything right but now that since March to now she has to pay that money back. What’s up with that?
