How will a recruiter react to a CFA L2 vs NISM certificates (like the useful ones) will he actually be different for both?

Working in finance really just feels imaginary like if you are not in any IIMs you are cooked here in india specially if you are like 21-22 years old nobody gives a f*ck about your cfa no f*cking one , yeah you did learn finance passionately for 1300 hours for both levels prepared reports from actual knowledge you gained , all they give a f*ck about is your MBA and your ability to guess how many pads are sold each day in india on avg , like wtaf bro.

Literally getting a small bhikhari like role in finance in this country you'd have to die for it

only referrals and mba work here nothing else

hard work on our own and cold approaches get there a*ses f*cked here

i dont wanna do mba neither i have a top tier college because my studying style changed after i got into college now i learned how to study and work hard and discipline and shyt now how the f*ck can i reverse time bro?
