Advice… I’m losing my mind

I work at Burlington in Shoes & Accessories. My AM says I need to work faster on accessories because she has a timer and my time is low or something like that. But I genuinely work as fast as I can, and my feet hurt pretty quickly and the pain slows me down. On normal days, I can finish Accessories around noon. But on really busy days, there’s so much merchandise sometimes I can’t even move in my space. Today it took 3–4 people to finish everything, and the AM herself has said that knows Accessories needs two people but I should be faster. With Shoes, I once worked through a huge shipment alone and only had about 15 boxes left before I had to leave bcz of my feet. The person who normally works Shoes has the same issue with huge shipments. Finishing around the same time I do. So, What confuses me is that everyone else, including the supervisor, tells me I’m doing a good job, while my manager says I need to be faster. And they keep scheduling me more 4-5 a week 8-10 hours. So am I actually doing a bad job is having low time a bad thing? I tried getting better sneakers but nothing seems to work also is there a quicker way to process?N/A things are obviously easy but for those that need tagging? Is there an order that makes its easier? I usually do boxers socks watches purses then belts last.

Sizing and recovery

When doing sizing and recovery what if there’s a size that isn’t on the rack? So let’s say boys shirts and it’s 4-10 what if you find a size 9 somewhere there but there’s no nine on the rack anywhere? What do you do?

Receiving associate schedule

I’ve only ever worked on shoes. I’ve been there a month. I’m a flex and My daily schedule hasn’t been more than 6 hours but I’ve been scheduled for a 9-7 on a Friday.. could that be for shoes still?

I feel like crying…RECEIVING RANT..

I’ve been working at Burlington for 3/4 weeks now? Since my orientation I’ve always been scheduled twice a week the same days. Yesterday was my seventh shift and 3rd overall doing shoes fully, before, I was just responsible for putting the stickers on and passing them to my shoe partner. Then on my 4th shift I was taught how to do 2 tags. On my 5th more tags and the rack order and so on.. I got the hang of it and my supervisor and partner praised me for my progress and speed and being a helping hand since shoes are always a lot, but my supervisor told me if I didn’t know how to do something ask my shoe partner or her... Mind you I was still learning things, in no way was I ready to handle it all on my own without notice.. now on my seventh shift I went in my shoe partner isn’t there. It’s a busy day I’m supposed to do it all on my own.. boxes after boxes just kept piling up the more I removed.. I wasn’t going to get it all done and I knew that.. I was going as fast as I could. then here comes the assistant manager hovering rushing me.. then she came to help and the whole time it felt more like Bullying rather than helping she nitpicked on everything I was doing which distracted and confused me.. “like huh? That’s not what I was told” didn’t matter it was my fault.. even though that’s how I was told to do it not only by my shoe partner but the supervisor.. “turn the shoe to you instead. No..it’s a waste of time” mind you all I was doing was turning the shoes pointing away from me like everyone else but nope I was “wrong”… every thing she said I was doing wrong were new to me never heard anyone say it before.. she stopped me for the littlest thing even though I was supposed to be rushing.. I also got slow at one point that day bcz my wrist was sprained. I started making mistakes after mistakes after she started “helping” bc of the rushing and anxiety so apparently I was doing every thing “wrong” and instead of telling me how..I was just ignored told I was being too slow.. at no point did she say how. Then she started blaming me talking about inspections and stuff. Which is ridiculous because that’s how everyone including supervisor showed me how to do it and I always checked before doing anything.. before every shift it’s like I’m going into an exam the way I study. I always take notes, pictures the day before to prepare. I even have sticky notes on my desk with info… and I knew I wasn’t doing anything wrong all of a sudden bc the supervisor checked on me too. now I think I’m being punished bc all of a sudden I’m not scheduled even though it’s been the same pattern since I was hired and the AM is the one that does the schedules.. I’m so annoyed bro. I’ve never felt so small in my life.

Schedule

I’m a flex part time in the BOH, it’s my second day. I’m not able to see my schedule until like 10 minutes before or I think when I’m near the store. Is that a thing? Ik I’m scheduled again for Monday but I can’t see it on the app just like my previous scheduled day. Why is that?

First day

Today was my first day at first I was signed to accessories. Completely flunk that. They expected me to be doing the work of people that had been there years and experienced. They barely thought me and some things weren’t in the training videos. While im trying to learn from the woman next to me (she’s so nice) she’d be moving the products onto the table so fast I could never keep up to the point where the table got so high. My manager said I was being so many times. Until she switch me out after 1-2 hours saying because i have low productivity (no complaining there I absolutely sucked. I felt so bad for the last next to me bcz I didn’t want to jury sing along while she’s also busy). So manager put me on shoes with someone else. I unboxed , put size when necessary and check ticket etc. At first my manager was like she is very fast so you’re going to have to be faster than her she has more experience🫩🫩🫩bruh Befrl. How am I supposed to do better or even close to her? But I kept up with her. while I’m unboxing, most of the time she would still have two brand pile of shoes to put the tags on or sometimes price. I enjoyed the shoes area a lot and for the things I didn’t know at first she only had to tell me once. Eventually I finished all the boxes myself and my shift was 7 hours. But my question is: in my next shift coming up soon will I be put on accessories again? Is it possible that she’ll just keep me on shoes? Also what if she puts me in other areas and I’m just as bad as accessories? Isn’t it possible for associate to just be in one area bcz that’s what they’re good at? Simply bcz I’m not good at all but one that means what? Also I’m a flex part time if that helps.

Crossed trained

I was trained on register for an hour at my orientation, but I’m not confident because of coins. I’m not familiar with American coins. If I get assigned to cashier, even though I only applied to receiving, and I haven’t practiced yet what do I do? Do I just decline the shift? I’m a flex part time for receiving.

First day orientation

i just finished my orientation. i was also trained on the cashier. im supposed to work in receiving, but tell me why i lowkey prefer cashier instead of the backroom, even though I haven't even started in the backroom. My biggest thing about not applying for a cashier position originally was coins. I'm not familiar with coins for when customers pay in cash. So I'm not confident. But everything else was so fun to do. The backroom orientation videos seemed like a lot is going on back there lol. But if I want to change positions down the road, how would I do that?

First day in receiving

What’s the first shift like at Burlington for receiving? How do you know where do go and what to start doing?
Also do they time you? I think I saw that somewhere saying associates are timed
