So, one of the IPC647D system was found frozen, after power reset it has started showing TEMP and Watchdog LED on, the fan runs at the full speed, and nothing happens and no display.
I have tried swapping the RAM slots, there are two sticks and swapping doesn't help.
I cleared the CMOS and no luck.
Can anyone suggest what I should do next? These systems were installed new in 2020 and are in very clean environment, never been opened before.

I applied 5 years multiple entry visa on ICP UAE, it got rejected. applied on GDRFA Dubai, it got rejected with a strange reason that I need to update my flight information even though it is a confirmed flight aligning with my hotel stay. I don't know what or where to check with them. There email bounces back and the chat agent is not working. I am a GCC Resident with Pakistani Passport; I have been visiting UAE every year with single entry permit but this time I wanted to apply for the long-term visa.
can anyone please guide me what I can do to ask them my next options, or it is blocked completely?
Hi all, I am an ex-resident of UAE, I lived in Fujairah for 8 years and worked there until 2019.
I have moved to Bahrain since then and been visiting UAE every year on a single-entry visa.
However, yesterday I applied the 5 years multiple entry visa, this morning I got it returned asking about place of stay, I attached the hotel booking and re-submitted.
This evening I just got the rejection email straight away without any reason.
I had applied via ICP UAE Platform and visa from Fujairah as that's where I am supposed to be visiting.
Should I reapply from GDRFA and try my luck?
Can anyone please help me what I did wrong here?
