I have been working at the same company in london, england for almost 2 years.

Considering the posibility of getting pregnant but wants to return to native country (i am not a uk resident) after birth with her partner, hence resigning around the 9 month mark.

I am not sure if maternity pay will still apply if me and my partner leave the UK since neither of us is a uk resident. I believe after the 6 month mark of pregnancy you are entitled to it, but not sure. Need guidance
