Can someone please explain to me what I need to get to microneedle. I see everyone talking about using tox to microneedle but I am confused. Do i put it on my face then microneedle. what benefits come from this. If there is a post or a youtube video or anything to describe this in detail please point me in the right direction.

Also I have been using wondertox for injecting and it is great but I feel like I want to try something else. I feel it wears off quick. Any suggestions, I have strong muscles so it takes alot and I have a high metabolism so everything wears off quicker on me.

I am looking for a new neurosurgeon. Mine was awesome but he had to retire do to health concerns. I live in Arkansas but willing to travel to neighboring states.
