If I control [[Roaming Throne]] and [[ashling, rekindled]]. At the beginning of my first main phase, would the transforming trigger twice? If so what would happen, can I transform twice? What about [[avatar aang]]?

[[Grafdigger's Cage]] is on the battlefield. And [[Cryptic Coat]] trigger. Can I cloak my top card? Or it depends on the type of the top card? Would you please mention the related CR?
