Missing Items
I just checked my shopping quality. 5 missing items, same customer, same date. The items they claim are missing aren’t even on the receipt which clearly means the items were OOS. So the customer doesn’t understand the meaning of missing items and IC is clueless because they are penalizing shoppers by allowing customers to misuse the “missing items” category. And … the option to dispute isn’t there.
