Any one else having app issues this morning. I select start shopping and then doesn't connect. When it finally does connect, it's already 8 minutes into the shopping trip and I only have 11 minutes to finish, though order was six items, the six items are not even showing in the batch.
I know better I should have takin a pic of the home. But where I live, for the most part, people are legit as everyone knows everyone.
So this lady stated I never dropped her stuff off.
Ugh I hate it when people are untruthful.
I keep getting notifications of batches as push notifications. In app, nothing. What a joke this company is.
People are already done with this app. This could be the start of the death spiral
I’m 1/3rd of the way done with this order. Do I just go home and keep these groceries aka “dispose or donate them to a charity” or do I need to just wait an hour until they fix it. I know the limits typically like $50 for items and you don’t need to return but I have some non perishables that make it over that threshold. I would also actually use some of the meats and food for tomorrow that are perishable. I can’t see the address because it’s an apartment.
These days you barely scrap $100 a day while waiting the whole day sleeping in your vehicle and parking lots for batches in nyc.I believe it's time to get in something that's more sustainable.What do you think?

Couldn’t qualify for platinum because I was barely off the goal and today I woke up and seen they got rid of my gold cart ): sucks because I always do try to find items and there are ALWAYS missing items. When I say missing I mean I found where they should be and there is 0. Since I usually instacart later in the day, 8/10 times I ask an employee for an item in the back they say they don’t have it or they are deep inside a pallet so can’t get it. Worst part is that means instacart can see it’s in stock with stores like Ralph’s and count that as a replaced item I could have got but didn’t. Is 60 to high of a number of replaced items?? Is it me or should I stop going to the same stores that constantly have a stock problem. Or both?
I have been fighting instacart for over a year finally had my initial conference call with their lawyers and the chosen arbitrator and she set a trial date....ITS FINALLY GO TIME
I got this batch offer last night. I think it’s the worst I’ve ever seen! (It’s the bottom offer, if you’re confused).

These promotions are such a scam. I really hope nobody is chasing these carrots.
I just checked my shopping quality. 5 missing items, same customer, same date. The items they claim are missing aren’t even on the receipt which clearly means the items were OOS. So the customer doesn’t understand the meaning of missing items and IC is clueless because they are penalizing shoppers by allowing customers to misuse the “missing items” category. And … the option to dispute isn’t there.
Hi, looking for someone local that is interested in shooting me a referral for instacart and splitting it.
I just switched to visible and got the visible+ not the cheapest version. Everything works fine but instacart, I get a notification but order isn’t showing up says shopper already accepted order. It happens on every one even the low paying orders so feel like something is wrong. I tried doing everything AI suggested but still not working. I’m hoping someone else had this problem and can help me out.
