First photo is day one, second photo (redder further away one) is 4 days later. Pain is minimal and about the same since it appeared. It only hurts when I push on it. Feels like a marble but today maybe a slightly softer marble! What do I do? Can’t go in for 3 days and REALLY need to avoid antibiotics bc of my gut health right now so hoping to avoid infection. I’ve had the “blackhead” looking thing in this area for years and this has never happened. Any advice is appreciated - I have health anxiety and am spiraling rn bc I really really want to avoid antibiotics (I just had a recent round that really messed me up!)
