As the title says, I have an interview soon (finally!) for an archivist position at a large-ish institution. It’s a first round interview with someone from HR. I’ve never actually worked at a place that’s large (or legit) enough to do HR screenings and I’m wondering what to expect. Can anyone who has had this type of round 1 screening share any insights on what might be asked? Thank you in advance.
