I first bought a bambulab printer. When I connected it to the studio, I was given two boost tokens. But they didn't tell me about it! I didn't know I had them until other people told me, and when I started looking for them, of course I found them - expired. I don't understand, I just can't wrap my head around it - why do this to users? Why did they deserve such a negative experience? It's better not to give any tokens, and there will be no disappointment that they disappear. There was a very incredibly unpleasant residue from bambulab. It would be better to make the printer cheaper or better equipped than to give out non-existent tokens that don't exist!
