Was 200 away from blowing account, I now have a fresh eval for next week🙏🏾

I have trouble sitting on my hands in market conditions that don’t fit my strategy. I never realize I overtraded and or shouldn’t have been trading until after I look back on the day. In the moment it just feels like maybe I got the wrong entry let me look for another.

I struggle with managing risks during NY. I should have locked my account after London last night. This doesn’t feel great but I’m happy I didn’t blow my account.
