Works on 570Ex and 991Ex, I dont know about the rest

Go to MENU complex and type sin cos tan tan-1 cos-1 sin-1 9

Genuine will say 9.000007 (9 and 7, I dont exactly know how many zeros)

Fake will say a different number (For me, I had two fakes and one genuine, one said 9.00001 other said 8.999999)

Another way is to look at the metal button, which sometimes work, the genuine feels like actual metal, but the fake feels weird like plastic, also the buttons on genuine dont get damaged if you just press on it, fake does and it turns white or yellow

I updated my FH6 from 382 to 403 or something by the update by KuayAh (I dont know if I spelt it correctly) and after like 20 minutes of playing my screen just becomes like one giant window and it says lots of arabic? words, def not my Windows language nor English and it says FHE01, how do you fix this? thank you
