Nurses week order rant
So I ordered on may 9th, two pairs of black scrubs. One rafaella/isabelle and one formx. I got an email from figs on the 14th it’s shipped. Figs app now says “order placed”, FedEx tracking number provided says the label was created (on the 14th), and will update with a delivery date when they receive the package. FedEx tracking has said this since then. I needed the order for 5/18 (yesterday) for my rotation start. I call figs support for the first time yesterday, he tells me that something must be wrong with the FedEx tracking because on his end it says it should be delivered on 5/18 and to wait to call back the following day if there’s no package, and he will expedite a replacement. I call FedEx after, they say they do not have the package, contact figs. I call figs again. Stay in the phone for 55 minutes. This lady tells me we are within the window of possible delivery, FedEx has the package, but she doesn’t know why the man told me it would come in today, but I need to wait until 5/25 to see if it comes in. My rotations end on 5/29. I tell her cancel the order because it’s too late, escalates it to a supervisor says he’ll call tomorrow.
Fast forward to today, I get a message from a random lady who’ve I’ve never met from Texas, says her figs package came in today and my 4 items are in there package addressed to her with the my correct paper slip. As if someone put the wrong order in the wrong bag. She sends pics and I talk to her on the phone. She contacts figs, I call them again today and explain this new development. Has me on hold for 10 minutes, comes back and tells me that I’m lying, and on his end it shows that FedEx has the package, so I need to wait because it’s coming from FedEx. I shouldn’t trust a random person from Facebook. Says that either way, I’ll get a replacement or a refund. I want my order, but the Isabelle pants are now sold out and I refuse to wear any other scrub bottoms. So I can’t even get a full replacement.
I am genuinely so angry
